My husband has become quite accomplished at the art of smoking meats and his smoked turkey breast is fabulous for this recipe. If you can't find smoked turkey breast, roasted turkey meat will work just fine. (In fact, this is a "go-to" recipe for Thanksgiving turkey leftovers.

Ingredients
1lbsmoked turkey breastcubed
½cupgood mayonnaise
2tspfreshly squeezed lemon juiceor to taste
2ribscelerythinly sliced
½smallred onionsmall dice
½cuppecanstoasted and coarsely chopped
¼cupsweetened dried cranberriescoarsely chopped
2tbsp fresh sagethinly sliced
½kosher salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Serve on top of a bed of Romaine lettuce or use as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.
