Mustard Seed Ginger Dressing

This salad dressing recipe is from one of my favorite restaurants, The Mustard Seed Company, which started in my hometown, Missoula, Montana in 1978. It is light, flavorful and very versatile.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup salad oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup onion diced
  • ¼ cup celery diced
  • 3 tbsp +1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp peeled fresh ginger minced or grated
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ketchup
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and serve over salad greens.
