This salad dressing recipe is from one of my favorite restaurants, The Mustard Seed Company, which started in my hometown, Missoula, Montana in 1978. It is light, flavorful and very versatile.

Ingredients
½cupsalad oil
¼cupsoy sauce
⅓cuponiondiced
¼cupcelerydiced
3 tbsp+1 tsprice vinegar
2tbsppeeled fresh gingerminced or grated
2tbspgranulated sugar

¼tspground black pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and serve over salad greens.
