Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together and serve over your favorite greens.
