Herbed French Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried marjoram
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small shallot optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade and process for 30 seconds.

Notes

When using fresh herbs, onion, shallot or garlic, dressing will only keep for up to 4 days.
