This dressing is creamy and not too strong. It goes together easily and will last in the refrigerator for more than a week.

Ingredients
2clovesgarlicminced
1tspanchovy paste
2tbsplemon juicefreshly squeezed
1tspDijon mustard
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1cupgood quality mayonnaise
½cupParmigiano-Reggianofreshly grated
¼tspkosher salt
¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce into a medium bowl or small bowl of a food processor and whisk or process to combine. Stir in mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning as desired and serve with lemon wedges.
